How to WarmUp properly before workout

First thing we should know why warmup is important. And what could happen to those who skip warmup daily. 


Warm Up basically means warming up your body but there is a way to do it some guys do Push Up and Chin Ups which is wrong. You are forcing your muscles while they are stiffed so for a proper warm up you should work on joints mobility and light intensity Workout. For a follow along Guide check out this video.

1. Cantilever Bridge (1882) Baker and Fowler accomplish a daring feat of structural engineering.
